We are sorry to hear you want to leave. This page details how you can request for your account to be deleted.

Request from the app

The simplest way to request an account deletion is to use the app (‘Delete Account’ option in the Settings).

Submit your request in a single click and we’ll take it from there.

Request by email

You can also request for your account to be deleted by sending us an email to account-deletion@lexxio.app.

We’ll be in touch via email to confirm that you wish to delete your account.

What happens next?

Once we have received your request, we will proceed to the closure of your account and delete all personal data attached to it.

This process can take up to 14 days from the day we have received your request.

We’ll send you a confirmation email when your account has been closed.
